Owners are the heart and soul of Durham Central Market. When you purchase an owner share in Durham Central Market you become part of a cooperative organization which puts its values of self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity, and solidarity into practice. Durham Central Market offers two options for owner shares.

An individual share is available for a one-time fee of $100, with the option of adding an additional shopper to the share for a non-refundable fee of $40.

DCM also offers a business share for $250. This options allows the business to assign up to 25 employees to shop at the store using that Business Share number.
