3. Update on PIFC/DFC (Stephen and Pam)
The PIFC/DFC annual meeting is set for Sunday 4pm. Those attending: Beth, Michael, Pam, Robin.
4. Sprout Loan (Stephen)
Decision: DCM is authorized to enter into an agreement with Food Co-op 500.

Aubrey sent out the working bylaws.
Decision: We agreed to accept as our current bylaws the copy that Aubrey sent 6/29/09.

3. M&M (Beth)
Decision: Approve July-Sept. marketing budget for M&M.
4. Annual Meeting
Decision: To be held Sunday, October 25, 2009 (5-7pm) Second Annual Potluck and First Annual Meeting.
5. Updated Budget for Bumper Stickers
Decision: Approved budget.
6. Eno Festival
Letter and Instruction sheets are going out to volunteers;

Don will attend CCMA conference this weekend June 11-13
Shares - 457 shares sold to date.
Festival for the Eno - signed up for shifts to ensure a board member is always present at the booth.
Financial standing - were presented with and made adjustments to budget for next 90 days.
Annual Meeting - discussed activities for annual meeting and set a date range of Oct 15 to Nov 15 for M&M's to plan around.
