DCM Board Meeting
Tuesday, September 29, 2009
538 Foster St, Durham, NC 27701

Call to Order: 6:53pm
Present: Aubrey, Beth, Danny, Michael, Robin, Stephen

1. September 15 minutes approved.

2. Location update.

3. Founder’s Society
The Durham Founder’s Society is having a membership meeting October 10 and has asked DCM if we would like to have someone speak at the dinner. Stephen has tentatively volunteered.

4. NAACP Meeting
We would like to buy an ad in the upcoming NAACP newsletter.

5. Business Shares
DCM needs to create a membership form for business shares. Michael has volunteered to modify the current form to include them.

6. Capital Campaign
Discussion of legal review of forms

Meeting adjourned 8:50pm. Work session: Tuesday, October 6, 2009; 6:30pm.
