CEFS Sustainable Agriculture Lecture by Will Allen - Monday, Nov. 9th

The Center for Environmental Farming Systems will present a lecture by Will Allen, recipient of a 2008 MacArthur Genius Award and founder of the Growing Power farm in downtown Milwaukee, a model for how to create sustainable agriculture and build stronger communities in urban areas. The lecture, to be held at the McKimmon Center in Raleigh, is free and open to the public and is part of the Seasons of Sustainable Agriculture workshop series.
