Minutes from May 18, 2010 approved.

1. Survey Results (Don)
54% owners responded
36% shoppers responded
We will announce this outcome to owners and others, along with the next steps which include the Owner Loan campaign.

2. Fullsteam Event. The purpose of the event is to generate interest in Durham Central Market and Fullsteam Brewery as an upcoming local brewer. It will be a beer and bands event, Saturday, June 12th, 6pm until

3. Neighborhood Council (Michael)
Broad purpose is to draw together people from the area to provide input on the store. Michael is enlisting help for outreach to the neighborhood/community.

4. Owner Loan campaign & Financing

f. When to spend?

5. Bring in owners
We need to develop additional ideas for bringing in more owners. More owners key to a successful owner loan campaign.
