1. Memberships to date: 104 with 4 in process (108). Goal is 300 by October 31, 2008.

2. Farmers Market. (Pam)
Debra Eidsen is at FM today. We have permission this week and next. We need a new tent and to clean up the banner.

3. T-shirts. (Robin)
Order placed with Ad Spice for 120. Total cost: $884.21. We do pay sales tax (not re-selling). Available next week. Robin to pick up with check for payment from Debra (board.)
XS = 10, S = 40, M = 40, L = 30.

4. Founders Event. (Robin and Pam)
Ag building??
Central Park school gym - probably not large enough (~100 chairs); not easily accessed;
Rigsbee Hall - Suzanne thinks maybe they would donate the space. Robin and Suzanne will talk after Robin contacts Ag building.

5. Press release. (Robin)
Robin will contact N&O person and delay them until 1) clear with Michael who we promised a scoop on our press release; 2) Event decided and included in the press release.

6. Brochures. (Carol & Kerry)
Carol brought cardboard brochure holders. Pam will put labels on holders and contact Kerry for pick up.

7. Email lists. (Kerry)
Neighborhoods who received emails...
Forest Hills - an email went out from John Haws and his wife. Carol also sent the newspaper article.

Kerry checked on newsletter deadlines for Northgate Park, Duke Park, and OND. Passed list to Robin.

8. Web site. (Pam)
Suzanne will try to post to the web site local events. An eventual calendar? Let's link to other sites, too.

9. IT (Beth)
Darwin, John and Beth met and they are drafting a plan of action for the database in Civic CRM.

10. Business Plan. (Aubrey)
No report.
11. Community contacts.
Suzanne will attend the streetscapes meeting this Monday night.

12. Poppies Market (competition)
Hawthorne group. www.poppiesmarket.com Carol reports that they are moving forward at University Marketplace. Banner up. News article from March '08.
