Founders' Celebration and Community Potluck!

WHERE: The Trotter Building at 410 W. Geer Street (olive green building)

WHO: All current and future DCM Owner/Members - Open to the public!

WHEN: Sunday, October 26th from 5-7 pm

WHY: To celebrate our Founders Drive, wrapping up Oct. 31, and all who have shown their support. This event will give us a chance to get to know each other, share food, and learn more about the progress that's been made in getting the Durham Central Market off the ground and where things are headed. The event is open to the public. Current owners, please bring future owners.

WHAT TO BRING: Potluck dishes, please! For those who prefer guidance: A-L bring main dishes, M-R bring salads/breads, S-Z bring drinks/desserts. To be really "green", bring your own napkin, cup, plate, fork, knife and spoon. We will have disposables available. Note: The location does not include a kitchen. We will have a small clean up station.

For anyone who hasn't already purchased an owner share, you can do so at the gathering. Each share costs $100 and gives the owner a vote at DCM's annual owners meeting, potential store discounts and a thank-you T-shirt. While shares will still be for sale after October, those who buy founding owner shares before October 31 will get a low owner number and the satisfaction of helping to grow a new Durham community hub.

For Founding Owners who have already purchased your share, THANK YOU! Please come on the 26th to celebrate this Durham community effort and get to know your fellow DCM Owners- and if you can, bring some future owners along as well!!
