1. Memberships to date: 200 with 11 in process (211). Goal is 300 by October 31, 2008
2. Farmers Market. (Pam)
We need to be sure someone is covering the table. Suzanne and/or a volunteer to assist next two weeks
3. Founders’ Celebration and Community Potluck. Sunday, October 26th 5-7pm. Trotter Building.
Ideas: Visuals - map of area, funding goals (with sweet potato vine), timeline with vine;
Gretchen on Rentals. Best Rent-All. $75 delivery and pick up. 8' table $8 each; chairs: $1

Newsletter article sent to ONDNA. Robin sat in at Colony Park Neighborhood Assoc meeting.
6. Web site and IT. (Beth)
Aubrey reported that IT is working to have db and PayPal ready for Sunday, Oct 26th.
Training for membership processing. Confidentiality form will be required for anyone using db.
7. Business Plan. (Aubrey)
Finances for pro formas will come from CDS. Phone call w/ Bill Gessner. Timeline to be modified.
8. Next Phase. T-shirts / promos?
Other promo items from Ad Spice: vegetable peeler; shopping bags, leftover kits, sweet potato.
Nov 1-Feb 28. Mar 1 seeding and sprouting fundraiser.
9. Gift Membership/ Gift Basket
No basket. Before we promote gift of a membership, review legality with Debra.
10. Other Business.
Membership list: Pam will send out email request for interested people to reply otherwise, delete them.
Suzanne: re-stocked brochures. Francesca’s brochures go fast; she will post flier at Regulator; holder to Avid Video; Suzanne would like to provide info about events/resources - to Beth.
Task List:
Pam: photos to Gretchen by Friday; color the posters; line up a truck, projector issues; Cheryl S. to Robin
Gretchen: Wiki media and Pam’s photos prepared for event
Aubrey: use Darwin’s creation and add his part; get work to/from Kinko’s (recommended material); map; update timeline and send for comment.
Darwin: draw sweet potato vine and leaves
