1. Memberships to date: 217 with 15 in process. (232). Goal is 300 by October 31, 2008

2. Farmers Market. Stephen there today?

3. Founder’s Celebration and Community Potluck
Visual Aids/posters (Aubrey): sample ownership vine; map to go on easel (2' x 2');
Timeline (to Kinkos on Monday)
Power Point/Video (Gretchen): more of a montage - rather than power point; members have given permission to use their music; Pam’s photos and music now in Gretchen’s hands.
Gretchen needs to have this finished by Tuesday, midnight. (She will have to us on Sun. 4pm)
Stations/ Volunteers needed.

4. Business Plan (Aubrey)
In process. CDS is providing numbers from Cocofist. Suzanne asked if Bus. Plan will include key places - competitors, residential sites incl. proposed buildings as well.

5. IT (Beth)
Database: Met Oct 6 (Aubrey, Beth, Darwin, Michael); plan for CRM, db and PayPal to be available for Oct 26. This deadline is probably too ambitious since they also need to test it.
Website: Friends (organizations) of DCM - links on our website to Friends websites: Farmers Market, Durham Central Park... Beth and Pam are working on this.
