I. Introduction of Location Wiki
a. Format discussion, basic tutorial
b. Template: sent out soon
c. Goal for committee: list of potential locations for Market and necessary details for evaluation.

II. Discussion: Pros and Cons of seeking professional real estate advice
a. Danny discusses some aspects of NNN lease: perhaps it is reasonable to hire someone or find a friend of the co-op with expertise to advise committee and board.
b. Pam suggests that there are new members who have expressed interest in joining location committee; as of yet, no one with specific expertise has arisen.
c. Jen has acquaintance with real estate experience; will inquire.
d. Michael cautions everyone to be careful when discussing this option, and not make any commitments.

III. Discussion and divvying up of potential locations
a. Template will be supplied that will detail kinds of information it will be prudent to gather for further discussion.
b. Action item: divide up list amongst committee members to prepare for board discussion in two week’s time.
c. Discussion: How should we approach individuals who own properties?
i. Formally?
ii. Informally?
iii. Individually?
iv. As a committee?

No firm decision is made. Suggest that Michael and Danny especially may know owners better that other committee members, and may be able to make contact as necessary.
