DCM Board Meeting

Call to Order: 6:55pm
 
Present: Aubrey, Beth, Danny, Don, Michael, Pam, Robin, Stephen, Suzanne
 
 
1.  Approved minutes from April 7, 2009.
 
2. M&M (Robin)
Shares sold to date: 380.
Press Release went out on Thursday, April 9, 2009. Bull City Rising has picked it up. 
Robin sent email to owners and will follow up with news about PayPal being available.
Additional brochures.
Art Walk - Saturday, 4/18 and Sunday 4/9 at Liberty Warehouse office.
 
3. IT (Beth)
PayPal is up and running. 
Website: Create a Join Now! Button on home page.
 
4. Finance (Stephen)
New additional committee members:
Non-member loans and grants will be pursued.

Memorial Day Event: proposal
