DCM Board Meeting

Call to Order: 6:45pm
Present: Aubrey, Beth, Danny, Don, Michael, Pam, Robin, Stephen

1. June 30, 2009 minutes approved

2. Eno Festival
Shares sold: 12
Bumper stickers sold: 15
Great work from Heather coordinating volunteers. And thank you to our volunteers, too.

3. Sprout Loan (Don, Aubrey, Stephen)

4. Durham Food Co-op- PIFC

5. Bylaws
Aubrey sent out the working bylaws.
Decision: We agreed to accept as our current bylaws the copy that Aubrey sent 6/29/09.
We need the official document to have a revised footer with date and have Robin sign as official.
