Volunteer

All the work that's brought the Durham Central Market to this point has been done by volunteers from local Durham neighborhoods. We continue to need and welcome volunteer help.

We are looking for people-oriented folks to

  • staff the DCM booth during the Farmers' Market on Saturday mornings
  • staff booths at local events
  • deliver brochures to locations around town,
  • serve on committees, and
  • be an ambassador for DCM through your organizations or neigborhoods, including writing articles for neighborhood list-servs

If you would like to be part of the effort to get Durham Central Market up and running, please email our volunteer coordinator, Heather Tunnell and she will be in touch to put your talents and interests to work.
